Heading to university is exciting. Finding the right place to live will get you off to a good start. There are lots of options for you, both on and off campus so you can find a place that’s ideal for every stage of your studies.
Missed out on your first accommodation offer?
If you didn’t accept your first accommodation offer before the deadline and are still looking for accommodation, contact the Student Services Centre from 12noon (GMT) on Thursday 23 August 2018 to let us know you’d like to request a second offer.
Once we’ve had your request, and if we’re able to make you a second offer, you can expect to receive this from Monday 27 August onward so keep checking the Online Accommodation System after this date.
If we’re unable to make you an offer you’ll be added to our waiting list. If you’re on this list, we’ll let you know by 7 September 2018
In halls you’ll meet your fellow students, make friends and get into university life. There’s a variety of accommodation available to suit a range of preferences and budgets - from the historic Founder’s Building, to our newest accommodation, the George Eliot townhouses.
Staying in halls will keep you connected to wider university life, while helping you make friends with students at a similar stage of study.

Royal Holloway has access to small number of rooms in intercollegiate halls of residence in central London that is available to postgraduate students only.
