Royal Holloway's new Lecturer in Composition, Tom Parkinson, is in Amsterdam this week for the premiere of his latest project with longstanding choreographic partners Ivgi&Greben.

De Voorlopers (The Pioneers) opens at the Stadsschouwberg, Amsterdam on Thursday 24th October, before touring until March 2020.

This is the ninth piece Tom has made with Ivgi&Greben. Previous commissioners including Prague Chamber Ballet, the National Dance Company of Korea, and Scottish Ballet.
