“As the new academic year at Royal Holloway begins, we’ll be welcoming students back into our venues on campus and at The Packhorse.

“We want to reassure residents that we have taken a safety first approach to our event planning and all of those attending events within our nightclub, and large outdoor events, will be required to be double vaccinated, in-line with current government guidance. We will also continue to adapt our services to meet current policy as it evolves in the future.

“We’re acutely aware that after a prolonged period without late night activity, the return of these events may be a cause for concern with regards to noise. Minimising this disturbance is paramount to us and we will be conducting regular sound monitoring throughout the local area and liaising with Runnymede Borough Council where required to ensure any disturbance is kept to a minimum."
