Dr Eugenio Vaccari presented at the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid

His presentation was part of the International Module at the Master in Business Restructuring

Eugenio’s presentation took place on Saturday 11 February 2023. It covered the recent reforms in UK restructuring mechanisms.

Dr Eugenio Vaccari (Senior Lecturer in Law) had been invited to deliver a lecture in the Master in Business Restructuring (Máster en Reestructuraciones Empresariales) organized by the Ilustre Colegio de Abogados de Madrid.

The Master is now in its second edition. Like last year, Dr Vaccari was invited to speak on the topic of recent reforms of UK restructuring mechanisms. His lecture focused on Pt 26 schemes or arrangement as well as Pt 26A restructuring plans.

The invitation came from José Carles and Carlos Cuesta Martín, partners at Carles | Cuesta, one of the leading law and accountancy firms in Spain.

The master is primarily addressed to lawyers and accountants with several years of experience in the insolvency and restructuring industry. Dr Vaccari’s presentation took place on Saturday 11 February and was part of the International Module of the Master.
