If you have a passion for art, film and culture, the Department of Languages, Literatures and Cultures is the place for you! The Department is home to the Centre for Visual Cultures, and you can combine your studies in the Department with innovative minor degrees in the History of Art and Visual Culture or International Film.
If you are taking Comparative Literature and Culture (CLC), Modern Languages, or Translation Studies, you can select a Minor in History of Art and Visual Culture or in International Film. You can also opt for a Joint Honours degree in History of Art and Visual Culture. This combines our core modules with options in History of Art, Visual Culture and International Film.
