We can’t wait to welcome you to Royal Holloway, University of London.
We know that starting university and, for many of you, moving to a new country can feel daunting. To support you every step of the way, we have arranged a series of pre-arrival webinars. These sessions offer the opportunity to meet staff from across the university, connect with current students and access key information designed to help you feel prepared, confident and ready to begin your journey.
All sessions will be delivered twice, at 9am and 5pm (British Summer Time), to accommodate different time zones for our international cohort. You are welcome to attend as many sessions as you wish - we recommend joining them all to feel fully prepared - but there’s no need to attend the same session more than once (unless you’d like to!).
Sessions will be recorded for those who are unable to attend live and uploaded to this webpage.

Your home away from home: Meet the team and explore accommodation options
Wednesday 1 July
This session is a great opportunity to meet your International Representative. Our team has been travelling globally throughout the year to support applicants, so if you haven’t yet connected with your country representative, this is your chance to say hello as we support you in these final few months before your arrival.
Discover what it’s like to live on or around campus and find the accommodation that’s right for you. You’ll meet our Accommodation team, explore the range of housing options available and gain a clear understanding of the application process, key deadlines and what to expect when moving in.

You will meet representatives from the Students’ Union, who play a central role in campus life and hear from our Careers Service about how you can enhance your employability and build valuable skills alongside your studies.
You will also hear directly from current students sharing their own experiences of university life.
