We are delighted to have achieved the HR Excellence in Research award in November 2019, through demonstrating our commitment to the principles of the UK Concordat to Support the Career Development of Researchers.
The award requires us to reflect on our current practice in relation to the support and career development of our research staff, engaging with them to understand their experiences of working and developing their career at Royal Holloway. Our 2019 application can be viewed here:
