Workshop Synopsis

Mike will tell the story of risk at BP: a view of the recent history of events and the lessons learned. The story examines these general and, more recently, personal experiences to highlight the need to speak truth to power and to be ready for anything. Along the way, he will provide insights into how working for a big corporate can be personally stretching, intellectually challenging, and culturally and relationally rewarding.
