Information for Staff

As a member of staff, you are automatically registered with the library when you begin your employment at Royal Holloway. Your College card is also your library card. Your College IT username and password can be used to access online resources and log into our catalogue system, LibrarySearch.

Loans, reservations & charges


You can borrow up to 40 items for loan periods of 24 hours to 3 weeks. Loans for staff are automatically renewed unless they have been requested by another user.
