Our e-resource lists are changing
Our e-resources lists (E-journals A-Z, E-resources A-Z and E-resources by subject) will be changing soon.
On 30th June we plan to move to a new system, based on similar technology to Wikipedia, to provide A-Z and subject-based lists.
Prepare for change
if you have saved information in 'My Account' in our current system and want to keep it, you will need to prepare for the change.
My Saved Records
If you have saved records from your searches in 'My Saved Records' you will need to use one of the options in the 'Export Records' section to export the records.
Please note that links in the exported records (for example, to the article full text) will not work as they will point to the current e-resources lists. Please use these links, while the current e-resources lists are operational, to access and record the actual location of the resources you are interested in.
My Saved Databases
You can copy and paste the list of databases you have saved, but you will need to follow the database title link to discover the url of the database which you can then record.
Federated searching no longer available
Federated searching, where you can search two or more databases at the same time will no longer be available with the new e-resources lists, but why not use LibrarySearch (librarysearch.rhul.ac.uk) instead, where you can search nearly all of our e-resources with a single search.
We hope you will not find the change to the new system too inconvenient and you will like our new e-resource lists.
