GCHQ Cyber Security Research visit to ISG

On 11th October 2012, the ISG hosted representatives from GCHQ, EPSRC and the Cabinet Office. The purpose of the visit was to learn more about the cyber security research undertaken at Royal Holloway, University of London. Following short presentations from Chris Ensor (GCHQ) and Professor Jason Crampton (ISG), Dr Lizzie Coles-Kemp, Professor Kenny Paterson and Dr Stephen Wolthusen spoke about their research projects on Cyber Security Cartographies, Cryptography: Theory and Practice, and Internet of Energy. The ISG was awarded Academic Centre of Excellence status in Cyber Security Research earlier this year.
