Agresso Icon - I don't have an icon on my desktop
Answer:

The Agresso icon is for the SmartClient version of the software which is used by finance department staff and by other staff to print sales invoices. Most users will not need to use SmartClient and will log on to Self Service via the weblink.

If you cannot see the Agresso icon on your desk and you need access to the Smart Client because you work within Finance or need to be able to print Sales Orders, please log a request with IT Services Desk to have the Agresso Client installed.

All other users should use the web-based `Self-Service’ client. No software needs to be installed on your workstation just an internet browser – IE8 or above is the recommended browser version.
