Many people working in creative roles such as journalism, TV, film, and writing are freelancers. This means they don’t have a contract with one organisation, but will do work for several. In this workshop we will investigate whether working freelance will work for you. We will look at how you can build your network of potential clients and market your skills to them. We will also cover some of the practical aspects of working freelance such as paying tax.
