Royal Holloway Science Festival firing on all cylinders!

The Science Festival got off to an explosive start this week with the world première of new opera which explores the dangerous decline in bumblebee populations in the UK, a Frankenfest exhibition and debate on what it is to be human and a Science Fact, Science Fiction pub quiz. 

If it hertz that you have missed out on this events, do not despair, there are many more elements still left to enjoy, including Super Science Saturday!


Free and open to all on Saturday 23 March, artists, craftspeople, performers and producers will host a Science Alternative Village Fete, with stalls featuring pinhole photography portraits, magic lantern slide making, optical drawing, thaumatropes and flick books. There will also be special events on the day including 'The Science of Superheroes,' a Harry Potter-style Wizard Lab and the Bigger Bang! Show.
