Planning a gift in your Will to Royal Holloway and Bedford New College offers you the opportunity to invest in the future and to take part in the life of the university for years to come.

We offer a free Will writing service to alumni and supporters with Octopus Legacy. If you live in England or Wales, you can write your Will online today. It is completely free and takes about 15-20 minutes to complete.

If you have existing plans and would like to share your intentions with us, please download, complete and return this form to: Development Department, Royal Holloway and Bedford New College, Egham, Surrey TW20 9EX.

If you have any questions about including a donation in your Will, please contact us by email.

If your Will needs updating, you can re-write it online creating a new Will that it is up-to-date and current.

If you would prefer to amend your current Will, you can call the Octopus Legacy team on 0800 773 4014 and they will be able to arrange an appointment for you to make any amendments over the phone or in person with one of their solicitors.

Alternatively, you can amend your existing Will by completing a Codicil, a legal document that serves as a supplement to your Will.

If your place of employment operates a payroll giving system, you can use it to contribute to the university. Please contact your payroll office.

If you work at Royal Holloway, you can contribute to the university using this form.

The university can accept share gifts of any size. Please email us in the first instance, so that we can help to arrange this.

If your company has a matching scheme they should be able to advise you how to take part and make the value of your gift to the university even greater. For further information or to organise matched giving through your company, please email us.

You can also donate over the phone, please call us on +44 (0)1784 414478.
