Entrepreneurship Training
Entrepreneurs aren't born: they are made.
If you would like to become more entrepreneurial and learn the skills and attitudes required to become an entrepreneur or to make yourself more attractive to employers, sign up for one of our boot camps or enterprise workshops.
Enterprise Boot Camps
We are part of the WestFocus consortium, a group of 7 universities working together to support student enterprise by running the Bright Futures boot camp. An intensive, fun and challenging three-day programme including speakers, team games and business simulations, Bright Futures will:
- Develop your enterprising spirit
- Communicate more effectively
- Get support for your ideas
- Hear from inspiring entrepreneurs
- Add value to your personal pitch and CV
- Build your network and job potential
Bright Futures runs twice a year. To be informed about the next event, register for the WestFocus newsletter.
Departmental Workshops
In conjunction with academic departments, we run dedicated sessions to help you develop an entrepreneurial mindset and learn how to succeed within your industry sector.
The Next Stage
For Drama & Theatre students we offer 'The Next Stage', an annual professional training and award scheme. 'The Next Stage' runs annually in May and places are limited. Contact hilary.moor@rhul.ac.uk for more information.
Other Departments
If your department does not currently run an entrepreneurial boot camp or workshop, ask them department to contact hilary.moor@rhul.ac.uk to request an activity.
