CampusAnywhere (VPN) - Where do I start?

The CampusAnywhere VPN (Virtual Private Networking) service can be used from off-campus to access restricted college services; college network drives like your Y: drive and W: drive; and library resources.  It works by routing your network traffic through the campus, giving you a Royal Holloway network address.

Note: CampusAnywhere VPN is not required to access College email or Moodle.  It is also not required on campus.

Windows 7, 8, 8.1. Only 32-bit browsers are supported.

  • Internet Explorer (Internet Explorer 11 not supported on Windows 7)
  • Firefox
  • Google Chrome - Note: Due to changes with Google Chrome since version 33, the F5 VPN Chrome plugin will no longer work.  Please use another browser, as there is no work around to fix this.

Windows 10
