Lectures and Seminars at the Institute of Classical Studies in central London

One of the benefits of being so close to central London is that students have easy access to the seminar series run by the Institute of Classical Studies in central London. The lecture series include:

  • Ancient History
  • Ancient Philosophy
  • Classical Archaeology
  • Greek and Latin Literature
  • Roman Art
  • Digital Classics
  • The Postgraduate Work In Progress group (PGWIP)

Lectures usually take place in Senate House. Some seminars only meet in one term, and others meet over the summer.

The Institute of Classical Studies' Seminar and Lecture Series webpage provides more details about dates, times and locations for seminars taking place this academic year. We encourage all students, particularly postgraduates, to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity.
