Tuition fee reduction and contribution towards living costs up to £10,000 for students from London

One scholarship is available for an eligible full time student with Home fee status, who meets the eligibility criteria listed below.

The scholarship is provided as a tuition fee reduction and contribution to living costs to the value of £10,000 a year, for three years of study. (The living costs contribution will only apply if the tuition fee is less than £10,000).

Am I eligible?

  • Home fee status
  • High expected or final A-level grades or equivalent
  • Offer to study any undergraduate degree at Royal Holloway
  • From London
  • Identify as being from a racially minoritised, or global majority background (including but not limited to Black, Asian, minoritised ethnic and/or from a multiracial background), or be estranged or have lived in local authority care.

How do I apply?

Applications for this scholarship have closed.

If you're applied, we'll let you know from Monday 29 April 2024 if you've been successful. 

You will need to complete a scholarship statement of no more than 150 words, answering the question below:

  • What are your future aspirations and how will this scholarship make a difference to the start of your university experience?

Your application will be scored based on how effectively your statement answers the above.

Applications which exceed the word count will automatically be rejected.
