Travelling by public transport
Our nearest train station is Egham, which is 40 minutes by train from central London and a short walk or bus journey from campus. The free shuttle bus from Egham station will be running every half an hour from 8.30am, and the final bus to leave campus for the station will depart at 5.20pm.

You can pay as you go with a contactless card or device if you are travelling by train - more information can be found here.
Please do not use your Oystercard for your journey, as this will not be valid as travel payment.
There are also regular buses running from various towns in the local area, including Windsor and Staines, as well as services from Heathrow Airport. Find out more about getting to Egham by public transport here.
Travelling by car
There is limited free parking available on site. Our main entrance is located on Egham Hill/A30. As you arrive on campus, you’ll be directed to a space by our parking attendants. Please check your booking confirmation for any details specific to your event.

For our Open Days, we expect peak arrivals to be between 8.30-9.30am and 12-1pm. At busy times we may open our second entrance onto campus, also located on Egham Hill/A30. Please allow plenty of time for parking as our car parks will be very busy, with waiting time to park anticipated.
There is no need to register for parking.

There are two entrances to Stewart House, so please check your booking confirmation for details of where to go on the day.
Travelling by public transport
We recommend you get here via public transport as parking in the area is limited. The nearest tube stations are Euston Square, Goodge Street, Russell Square and Tottenham Court Road, which are all a short walk away.
