Who are your on campus events open to?
They're open to anyone interested in postgraduate study at Royal Holloway, University of London, whether you've already apply or are still exploring your options.
Our events are tailored according to study type, ie. postgraduate taught or postgraduate research. Check the listings on the main events page to see if the events are suitable for the style of course you're interested in.
Where can I park my car?
Egham campus
Parking on campus is free and you don't need to register your car with us for our events. You’ll be directed to a space from the main entrance on the A30 by our parking attendants.
Central London campus
Parking is limited in London, so we recommend using public transport if possible. There are a number of car parks in the local area and limited on street parking. We recommend you research the options before your visit. Visit the Camden Council website for more information.

How can I change my details or cancel a booking?
You can amend you booking by logging on to the Eventbrite website by clicking 'Tickets' from the drop-down menu under your name, select the ticket and then 'edit'. If you wish to cancel your booking, select the ticket and then click 'cancel order'.
Do my guests need tickets?
No, your guests do not need their own tickets, but when you book you'll be asked to let us know how many guests you'll be bringing.
Do I need to print my tickets?
You don't need to print your ticket, simply turn up on the day and we will check you in by the name you booked with.
What if I have access needs?
Our open events include a campus tour which lasts around one hour. If you need a step-free route, please let your Student Ambassador guide know when you arrive.
If you have specific requirements, please contact opendays@royalholloway.ac.uk before the event you've booked so we can arrange appropriate support, such as accessible parking or a sign language interpreter.

What can I expect from the sessions?
Online open week
During the online open week, there are a mix of sessions you can book. These include focused sessions hosted by support staff on topics like scholarships, applying and student life. There'll be a short presentation followed by a Q&A session.
We also host sessions that introduce our courses. You'll get the opportunity to meet with academic staff and ask your questions in a small group.
Webinars
Our webinars run throughout the year. Each session includes a short presentation from our speakers, followed by the chance to ask your questions about Royal Holloway. You'll get an overview of key topics, practical information and guidance to help you take your next steps.
What platforms do you use?
The sessions during our online open week and our webinars are hosted on Microsoft Teams. You can join through the Teams app or directly in your web browser. Just click the link in your email confirmation.
Is live captioning or other accessibility support available?
