Dr Eugenio Vaccari teaches company and commercial law at Royal Holloway, University of London. He specialises in corporate and personal insolvency law. Dr Eugenio Vaccari has recently published an article on the impact of Brexit on corporate insolvency practice in the UK (E Vaccari, ‘WHOA, Brexit! Which future for London as Europe’s (largest) insolvency forum?’ (2022) 37(2) Journal of International Banking Law and Regulation 46). He has recently co-authored a paper with Dr Jennifer LL Gant (University of Derby) on the evolution of the English preventive restructuring framework, in light of the innovations introduced by the Preventive Restructuring Directive (EU) 2019/1023.
