EPOCH Seminar Series
We are excited to announce the first speakers and dates for this term’s revitalised EPOCH Seminar Series!
Wednesday, October 15th, 4:00 p.m. (room QB-136)
Dr. Stefan Engels will be kicking things off with a talk titled:
“Chironomids: Fantastic beasts and how to use them.”
Wednesday, November 5th, 3:00 p.m. (room QB-136)
Alex Clark will present some of the work from his recently submitted PhD, with a talk titled:
"Investigating the retreat, ripping and reorganisation of the central British-Irish Ice Sheet."
Wednesday, December 3rd or 10th (TBC)
We will also be hosting an external speaker; details to follow soon!
As always, the series is a chance to showcase research within our department, hear from external colleagues, and create space for PhD students to share their work.
We hope to see many of you there in person to support our speakers and join the discussion.
