Royal Holloway Students’ Union will be welcoming new arrivals throughout its Welcome 26 programme, with events commencing on Friday 18 September, culminating in the Freshers Ball on Saturday 3 October.
Tony Logan, Chief Executive of Royal Holloway Students’ Union, said: “We’re incredibly excited to welcome students back to our Egham campus in September and will be launching our events programme on Friday 18 September. Further to feedback received throughout the year, we are continuing to deliver the majority of our events within our buildings.
"The only exception is Freshers Ball, which will be partly hosted outside the Students’ Union Building on Saturday 3 October. The event will feature an outdoor silent disco contained within a marquee structure and masked by existing buildings to reduce the risk of noise disturbance. All other live elements will be housed fully inside the building to ensure limited noise disturbance.
