If you're planning to join us in September 2026, come and check out our campuses.
If you already have a Clearing offer from us, or are thinking of joining us via Clearing, you can visit our Egham or London campuses to make sure you like what you see.
During your visit you'll be able to tour our facilities, see where you could be studying and living and speak to staff and students about life at Royal Holloway.
We'll be running Clearing tours on the below dates:

Where does the tour start?
One of our student ambassadors will be waiting to meet you in the Emily Wilding Davison Building foyer. They'll be wearing a bright orange top so you can't miss them. We recommend you arrive about 10 minutes before your booked time.
How long does the tour take?
The guided tour takes approximately 30 minutes but you're welcome to stay on campus as long as you like. Why not grab a drink or snack at one of our cafés?
Will I get to see accommodation?
We aren't able to show you around inside our halls on the Clearing tours, but you will get to see where they are on campus and have a look at the outside of the buildings. Virtual tours of our halls are also available here.
Will I be able to visit an academic department?
Your student ambassador will be able to point out the academic buildings you're interested in and you may be able to have a look inside. You may also have the chance to speak to one of the academics from your chosen course (depending on availability).
Do I need to book tickets for my guests?
You can bring as many guests as you like and will only need one booking for yourself and your guests.
Where can I park?
You’ll be able to park on our campus for free if you’re planning to drive. We’ll have spaces reserved for you in Car Park 3. See map for details.
Please have your booking email with you (on a phone is fine) to show our parking team on arrival.
If you have any accessibility needs or would like any further information on parking, please contact us on campus-tours@royalholloway.ac.uk.
Can I get there using public transport?
Yes. Egham railway station is the nearest station to campus. It's about 1.2 miles away and there are bus and taxi services between the station and campus. We’re also well served by local buses, linking to nearby towns including Staines and Windsor.
Can I book at the last minute?
Yes! We'll accept bookings right up to the tour start time. Just click on the button above to book your place.
Can I update, change or cancel my booking?
