Facilities

Facilities in the Economics department are state-of-the-art with the construction of a brand new Data Science lab within our very own Horton Building that benefits all our students!

Employability Preparation

To prepare our students for the realities of work after graduation, we provide specific employability training in each year of study. A specific focus is put on the transferable skills you can acquire during your time at university. We will guide your development of these skills through extracurricular activities and, at least as important, we will help you learn to communicate effectively to potential employer about the skills you will develop both inside and outside of class.

All our quantitative training using industry-standard software, and we support our students towards acquiring external market-recognised certifications that demonstrate their skills to prospective employers.

Community and More

Royal Holloway benefits from a diverse student body and provides a friendly and community-orientated environment that naturally brings together staff and students, forging strong working relationships.

Student Population

The beautiful, leafy Surrey campus is a great place to work, study and socialise, with great links to Southwest London, London Waterloo, Windsor and Reading.
