Stage 1 of the Context Counts project commenced in January 2025 and involved the collection of data from 240 LCSPRs placed in the open-access NSPCC repository. The project team recorded relevant information from each review including the nature of harm and service involvement as well as important child and family characteristics and demographic data.
With input from members of our Family Engagement Group and by drawing on previous literature and triennial reviews, a search strategy was developed consisting of key words and phrases and a quantitative content analysis was also undertaken of LCSPRs.
