Paul Caussat is a Lecturer in International Business and Comparative Management at Royal Holloway, University of London, where he joined in 2019. He is Course Director for the BSc Management with International Business and BSc Management with Entrepreneurship programmes, and also teaches as a Visiting Lecturer at ESCP Business School in Paris and London. He is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
His research sits at the intersection of international management and comparative human resource management, with a particular focus on India, the UK, and France. His work explores the organisation of multinational enterprises, workplace inequalities and inclusion, Indian business history, and emerging international business environments, including the Blue Economy and the internationalisation of the seaweed industry.
