International Concert Series 2020-21

The Fidelio Trio are enthusiastic champions of the piano trio genre, performing the widest possible range of repertoire on concert stages across the world are joined by acclaimed violinist Philippa Mo, to explore the chamber music of Ernest Moeran, marking the 70th anniversary of his death in 1950, and a living Irish composer, Deirdre McKay.

The programme encompasses some of Moeran’s most evocative chamber music and the exquisite soundworlds McKay constructs from minimal sources and materials.

This event is hosted in partnership with one of our current concert partners, Chamber Music on Valentia.

About the performers

Philippa Mo studied at the Royal Academy of Music, London and at the Central Conservatory of Music, Beijing. Philippa Mo now performs extensively as a chamber musician. Read more.
