REPLAY Festival 2019

This mini-concert presents to you hidden gems of talented musicians in the campus who have not got opportunities to shine on stage.  Organized by third-year music student Tang Wing Kwan (Quentin), the showcase collaborates with gifted Royal Holloway musicians to perform Finzi's Eclogue for Piano and String Orchestra with Noel Cheung.  Making his debut as a conductor, Ryan Yung leads orchestral scholars, Quentin, and Daniel Gurner through the 1st movement of Mozart's Mighty Sinfonia Concertante for Violin and Viola.  The programme comes to an end by presenting the 1st movement of Sibelius' picturesque Symphony No.2.

This event is part of REPLAY Festival 2019, a three-day, biennial festival of music presented by the Department, showcasing some of the best and most innovative modern, world and classical music at Royal Holloway.
