About Emily Saunders

Emily Saunders is an internationally renowned and critically acclaimed vocalist, songwriter, composer, and broadcaster, dubbed as “UK’s Queen of Jazz fusion” (Snowboy) and "the real deal" (The Guardian). Emily was appointed a Board Director for The Ivors Academy in March 2020, and since elected the Chair of the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Steering Group, overseeing new initiatives that support and champion the vibrancy and diversity of British home-grown talent. She is the founder of ConnectsMusic.com, an online platform creating a music community for independent and unsigned artists to share work and ideas.

Emily’s albums have sold worldwide, receiving multiple 4 star reviews including the Evening Standard, The Guardian, The Independent, including The Daily Telegraph’s “Best Of”. Her music broadcasts nationally on BBC Radio1, 2, 3, 4, 6 & XFM, JazzFM plus on radio stations around the world including USA, Japan, Australia, Spain, Denmark, Germany, Sweden, Italy, Abu Dhabi, México. She has also achieved international iTunes & Amazon chart ‘Top 10s’ in UK, USA, Germany, France and Indonesia.
