Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Inclusive Learning & Teaching)

Dr Vicky Greenaway joined Royal Holloway as a Lecturer in Nineteenth-Century Literature in September 2008. Prior to that, she completed her MA studies, PhD and Post-Doctoral Fellowship here. Vicky has served as Vice-Dean Education and Student Experience for the School of Humanities since February 2023 and leads the Royal Holloway Big Read and other important work on student transition.

As Associate Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Inclusive Learning and Teaching) Dr Greenaway is responsible for major interventions within our institutional Access & Participation Plan designed to address institutional awarding gaps (Transition support, Inclusive Curriculum Framework). Dr Greenaway also leads work to build a proactive inclusive-by-design culture and approach throughout all our educational design and pedagogic delivery methods. She works, with gratitude, enthusiasm and hope, across our communities of academic and professional services staff to realise our collective vision that all students, regardless of background or circumstance, will be empowered to deliver on their talent and potential during their studies at Royal Holloway.
