The Platform Series 2026-27

The Platform gives Royal Holloway's student musicians the opportunity to step into the spotlight, performing in front of an audience and sharing the music they are passionate about. Across the series, hear performers from across the University and discover the breadth of musical life at Royal Holloway, with programmes ranging from early music and classical repertoire to contemporary works, popular music and original compositions.

Whether you're hearing an emerging soloist, discovering a new ensemble or cheering on a student band, The Platform is a celebration of the musicians who make music at Royal Holloway. Come and support the next generation of performers as they take to the stage.

Who is performing?

Royal Holloway Strings’ Society presents its Winter Showcase, celebrating the season through an evening of student music-making. Join us as the Society takes to the stage for a special performance marking the end of the term.
