The Foundation is a US non-profit organisation, tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the US Internal Revenue Code and is governed by an independent board of directors. Gifts to the Foundation are deductible to the extent allowed by law. EIN: 26-3081914

In compliance with IRS regulations, the Board of Directors will maintain complete discretion over allocation of grants, ensuring that they fulfil the mission of the organisation of raising awareness for Royal Holloway and Bedford New College and supporting its educational and related activities.
