How to apply to postgraduate courses
All applications to postgraduate degrees at Royal Holloway are made directly to the College. This process shouldn't be difficult and you shouldn't be afraid of making an application to us.
You can apply for postgraduate courses before you've completed your final undergraduate year, with these pages offering you guidance on how to apply.
While there are no set deadlines for postgraduate applications, popular courses become full quickly and close for further applications. That’s why we suggest you make your application as early as possible to avoid dissapointment.
If a course closes before this date, we’ll post a notice on this page. Other courses may accept applications after this date.
All direct applications for postgraduate programmes should be made online. You can find out how to do this on our How to apply page.
The minimum requirement for a Masters degree is generally the equivalent of a UK second class honours degree. Find out more about our entry requirements.
Find out what our Admissions team and Course Directors are looking for in an application to help you write yours.
We aim to make a decision between four and six weeks after receiving an application. Make sense of your offer and see how you can accept or decline it.
