STEP 1: ONLINE SIGN-UP


You can start online sign-up by logging into your Campus Connect account using the IT username and password that we’ve emailed to you.

Once you’re logged in, you'll need to:

  • click the Enrolment tab and then ‘Online Sign-up’
  • follow the instructions, progressing through each page checking and entering information as required
  • ensure you select ‘Save & Proceed’ at the bottom of each page.

TOP TIP 1! When asked for your ‘Personal Address’, this should be your UK address during term time. Your ‘Forwarding Address’ will be your permanent home address which for overseas students will be the address in your home country.

TOP TIP 2! If you’re going to be living in halls or don’t yet know your UK term-time address, just repeat your permanent home address information in the ‘Personal Address’ field. You’ll be able to change this later via Campus Connect.

TOP TIP 3! The online sign-up portal is unavailable each evening between 11pm and 12.30am GMT. If you can’t access the sign-up link during this time, please try again later.

TOP TIP 4! You’ll need your username and password for all kinds of things other than online sign-up, so please remember to keep them safe!

At the end of this enrolment step, a message will flash up on screen confirming that you've completed online sign-up and this step will then turn green on your enrolment checklist.
