Frequently asked questions

What if I can't attend a meeting?

If you cannot attend a meeting, we will require you to inform us in advance. We will discuss your options with you in terms of completing the work required.

Where do I submit my hours? How many hours do I submit?

You can submit your hours on MyView. If you need any help, click here. You can submit 2.5 hours (half an hour of pre-work, two hours for the panel) for every meeting you have attended unless otherwise stated by the RH100 team.

How much do we get paid?

For attending the formal meetings, you will enter 2.5 hours on MyView which equates to roughly £24.00.

When do we get paid?

If you submit your timesheet before the 14th of every month, you should be paid on the 27th of each month. If this falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday then you will be paid on the last Friday before the 27th.

I have some suggestions for the meetings, who do I speak to?

If you have any suggestions or ideas that you feel would help us run the meetings in a more efficient, and effective way, then please email the RH100 team and let us know. We are always interested in hearing what students have to say!

What if I can’t see any of my suggestions being implemented across the College?

As the College is such a vast entity, there are several procedures we must follow in order to implement changes. Many of the changes that are discussed in the meetings are long term changes which will take time to go through the correct channels and be visible on campus.

I have a problem, who do I speak to?

If you have any problems, questions or queries, please email your project officer Jack Wright.
