Hi, I'm a second year student at rhul and have a room available in a house share in Englefield Green. I am looking for a replacement tenant to take over my share of the tenancy which is a 12 month contract and ends in July 2024. Rent is £700pcm not including bills.
The bedroom is ensuite and is the only room on the top floor so very private, kitchen is shared as well as living room and driveway. 5 minute walk to rhul.
