The language learning study is back! Due to popular demand and the need for more data – we are once again recruiting for a new psychology language learning study.

Participants will complete a twelve-day learning experiment (Mon-Fri) at the Psychology Department. First, you would be trained for up to two hours a day for ten-days, during which time you will learn to read and understanding some words in two completely new languages! Finally, on the 11th and 12th day you will perform some tasks while having your brain scanned at the MRI Unit.

Due to the nature of the study, please only apply if you are a native English speaker, do not speak any other languages, have no history of reading difficulty (e.g. dyslexia), or visual impairments. Wearing glasses or contact lenses is absolutely fine.

Ideal for anybody interested in learning techniques and available to take part in the next few weeks! You will also receive £150 and an interactive scan of your brain for completing the full experiment.

Please contact Adam.Jowett.2016@live.rhul.ac.uk if you’re interested in taking part and would like more information.
