We are a group of 3 (2 girls, 1 guy) soon to be third years and have a house that has a single room available for next year. The price for the room is £430. The house is in Egham, near Tescos and includes a modern kitchen, 1 bathroom, 1 additional toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer and dishwasher.
The contract is also only 11 months so also saves a months rent.
