There is a double room available in Englefield Green for £350 excluding bills (usually amount to £20-30 per month. The room is the only one on the ground floor with a bathroom across the hall, making it almost en-suite. The room is available straight away. The contract runs until end of August, but as one of the current housemates is staying next year, you can easily stay on. Contract fee would be covered by me. You would be living with three lovely, clean housemates, who are very considerate and friendly.
