Hi me and my housemates are looking for a new housemate for third year. Contract starts in July, decently sized room with a double bed, plenty of storage. Rent is £433.33 bills not included, however the landlord does reduce the rent over the July and august period. House is right outside the back gate and has a large back garden. Must be ok with a having a dog in the house.
