If you’re staying on campus or within the local area over the Easter break, we've created a list of the services that will be open and the hours they will operate.
Student Services Centre:
The Student Services Centre will be open over the Easter break at the following times:
- Monday-Friday 9.30am-5.30pm
With exception to the following dates, when the Student Services Centre will be closed: Monday 26 March, Thursday 29 March-Tuesday 3 April inclusive, and Tuesday 17 April.
Royal Holloway Sport:
Royal Holloway Sport will be open over the Easter break at the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 7am-9pm
- Saturday: 9am-6pm
- Sunday: 10am-6pm
With the exception of Friday 30 March and Monday 2 April when the services will be open from 9am-4pm.
Library:
The Library will remain open 24/7 over the Easter break, as normal.
Careers and Employability Service:
The Careers Service will be open over the Easter break at the following times:
- Monday-Friday: 10am-5.30pm
With the exception of Thursday 29 March-Tuesday 3 April inclusive, when the Careers Service will be closed.
Food outlets across campus:
- Founder’s Dining Hall and Grab and Go will be closed over the Easter break.
- The Hub will be closed over the Easter break with the exception of 5-7.30pm on Sunday 22 April.
- Crosslands: open 8:30am-4pm every weekday. Closed at weekends and from Thursday 29 March-Tuesday 3 April inclusive.
- Cafe on the Square: open 7am-9pm daily. Open 7am-7pm from Thursday 29 March-Tuesday 3 April inclusive. Normal opening hours will resume on Sunday 22 April.
- Imagine: open daily from 11am-8pm. Closed from Friday 30 March- Monday 2 April inclusive.
- Boilerhouse Cafe: open 8:30am-6pm every weekday. Closed from Thursday 29 March-Tuesday 3 April inclusive.
- KW's: open daily for brunch and dinner.
- SCR: open 11:30am-2:30pm every weekday. Closed from Thursday 29 March-Tuesday 3 April inclusive.
Post rooms
George Eliot post room will be closed from Thursday 29 March - Tuesday 3 April inclusive. The Hub post room will be closed on Saturday 24 - Sunday 25 March, Tuesday 29 March - Thuesday 3 April and then Saturday 7 - Sunday 8 April.
