The Five-day Careers De-stress

The Careers & Employability Service are are teaming up with Student Wellbeing to focus on your support and wellbeing from Monday 19  to Friday 23 March.

They are dedicating five days to answering key careers questions that can make you feel anxious and stressed, as well as providing you with handy techniques to help you cope with the challenges of balancing your studies and student life with planning for your graduate future.

So, what’s happening?

  • Each day there is an informal, interactive 30-minute lunchtime workshop in the Event Space, Davison Building, dedicated to a particular ‘challenge’. The teams will outline useful techniques and strategies for overcoming each of these common challenges that you can put into action straight away.
