On Thursday 22 March, the Careers & Employability Service has a Careers in Writing drop-in session with you two Royal Holloway alumni who are successful writers.
  • Lucy Hounsom (BA English & Creative Writing) is the author of The Worldmaker Trilogy, the first book of which, Starborn, was shortlisted for the David Gemmell Morningstar Award for best fantasy debut in 2016.
  • Daniel Ross (BMus) is a writer and music journalist. He is the Online Managing Editor for Classic FM and Smooth Radio, and has written for publications including Rolling Stone, BBC Music, The Quietus and The Fly.

You can book a time to meet Lucy and Daniel in the Careers Centre between 2pm and 4pm to get tips and advice, ask questions and build your network.
