On Thursday 23 November, from 10-11am and 1-2pm, in the Exhibition Space within the Davison Building, Ollie Thomson - a videographer from Social Chain, one of the global leaders in influencer marketing, will be discussing his work alongside his colleagues in the Social Chain Video department, who together, have over a billion views of their video content on social media.
He will be covering his journey as a Facebook content creator at Social Chain, starting with how he became a videographer and ended up spending his days creating social media video content, watched by millions of people from around the world. He will be discussing his past work and how he sees the development of video in the social media space, from Facebook watch, Facebook live, YouTube, Twitter and Instagram stories etc.
He will also include a segment on how he makes his videos, and how to create usable content for your social media accounts, both personal and for your clubs and societies.
