Half Moon Theatre was founded in 1972 in the East End of London and in its early years produced radical politically charged theatre including Steven Berkoff’s Sink the Belgrano and Frances de la Tour as a female Hamlet.

The company continues to this day, now as a vibrant Young People’s Theatre.

Stages of Half Moon is an exciting exhibition tracing the history of Half Moon throughout its different phases, come along to the Caryl Churchill Theatre and see for yourself!
