The Chapel is open every day from 9am until 8pm. You are very welcome to come in and sit, look around, or stop for prayer or contemplation.

Regular Services during University Term: 

 

Daily Evening Prayer

Monday–Friday 5pm (Except Thursday)

A simple service with a hymn, psalm, and reading, using words from various Christian Traditions. On Thursdays this service is replaced by Evensong with the Choir at 6.15pm

 

Gregorian Chant Compline (Night Prayer)

Tuesday 8.30pm Lasts around 25 mins.

A simple service of prayer before sleep, sung to simple music.

 

Holy Communion*

Thursday 12.30pm Last around 35 minutes.

All are welcome to this service led by the Anglican Chaplain;
Baptised christians of any denomination are welcome to receive communion.

Choral Evensong

Thursday 6.15pm Lasts around 45 minutes
Choral Evensong with the Choir of Royal Holloway: in person and online.

Lunchtime Catholic Mass*

Friday 12.30pm

*Please note Catholic Services are currently suspended while we recruit a new Catholic Chaplain. Regular Masses are held at The Church of the Assumption of our Lady (10 mins walk from the Chapel in Englefield Green).

 

Sunday Evening Inclusive Worship*

Sunday 6pm Lasts around 45 minutes. 
For Christians of all denominations, with regular guest speakers.

Catholic Mass.*

Sunday 7.30pm Lasts around an hour.
