The safety culture and safety and quality, together with their practical application in the work situation, are all dependent on the organisation's personnel understanding and applying the principles of risk assessment. Delegates will learn about risk assessment in order that they will have the necessary level of competence to apply this process to the hazards and risks associated with their own work activities and within their working areas. This training course is relevant to, and essential for, all staff who are required to conduct risk assessments on behalf of their department.
