One off events
From Roller Disco's to Campus Fun Run's we put on plenty of one off events to get you moving
you may not want to commit to a sports club or might be looking to play another sport at a more social level. These sessions are exactly what they say, "drop-in", come pick up a ball/racket and have some fun
looking to play a competive game of football/netball/tennis with friends against other students? this league takes place on campus 2 nights a week with fixtures organised by student staff, fancy dress nights and a league table to watch your teams performance.
The on campus fitness suite has cardio equipment, fixed resistance machines, a free weights area, and a stretch and spin studio. the fitness suite also provides an extensive class timetable each week including mind and body classes such as yoga and pilates, cardio classes including les mills body attack, zumba and spinning alongside strength and tone sessions including Legs, Bums and Tums, Ab attack and body pump.
Royal Holloway is proud to have students competiting against other universities each week wearing green, white and purple. The sports clubs are organised through the students union and the ful list of clubs and socities can be found on their website
